Monica F. Anderson, D.D.S., D.B,A. is the Founder and President of Drop the Drugs, Inc. and a Doctor of Dental Surgery. She has a long history as a community activist, multi-published author, and motivational speaker. She earned a B.A. in biology from Baylor University and her doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She has been a licensed dentist over three decades. She has served on major nonprofit boards in Minnesota and Texas, receiving numerous commendations for her service and leadership. She currently works as a Dental Consultant for a national benefits administration company.
Tony Anderson is Vice President of the board and a Corporate Actions Specialist for Charles Schwab, specializing in various corporate mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and bankruptcies. He works closely with internal and external clients in a deadline-driven environment to ensure corporate actions instructions and entitlements are settled in a timely fashion. A Texas native, Tony graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in business management.
Karli Williams is Secretary of the board, as well as, a brand developer and e-commerce specialist who works with top leading retailers across the nation. She thrives in learning and improving all business processes from product creation to B2B or BCB fulfillment. She graduated from the University of Houston with a major in Journalism and Political Science. Outside of being a mom of one, she enjoys spending her time helping others through her church ministries and being a guest co-host on a global podcast.
Shilloy Hart is Treasurer of the board and a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner within the Methodist hospital system in Dallas, TX. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in nursing from the University of Texas-Arlington. She is motivated to empower and advocate for others, and finds purpose in bringing humanity to healthcare. A lifelong musician who believes in the importance and value of music, she also sings and serves on the Board of the Arlington Master Chorale.
